Privacy notice

Information used to run your membership

Stripe Checkout collects your contact, billing and payment information. DealDesk uses the customer name, email, purchased plan and subscription/payment status to administer membership and support. Team setup may include company name and up to five member email addresses. Stripe processes payment credentials; DealDesk does not ask you to send card numbers by email.

Website and private library

The sites are hosted using OpenAI Sites. The private member library requires authentication and an approved account. Hosting and authentication providers may process device, connection, security and usage information to deliver their services. DealDesk has not added advertising trackers or analytics scripts to these pages.

Setup requests and support

The setup page prepares an email in your email app. Nothing from that form is sent to DealDesk until you send it yourself. Emails and attachments you send are processed through our email provider to answer your request and administer your membership. Avoid confidential client files, passwords, card details and government IDs.

Your AI workspace

DealDesk packages do not automatically send your deal files or email history to DealDesk. You choose what to provide to your AI platform, whose privacy settings and terms apply. Voice profiles should stay in your own approved workspace. If you ask for help with a private file, agree on the minimum necessary information and transfer method first.

Use, disclosure and retention

We use membership data to provide access, billing assistance, support and service updates. We do not sell member data or use it for targeted advertising. We share information with service providers as needed to run these functions or when legally required. Membership and support records are retained while needed for service, billing, dispute handling and legal obligations; access grants are removed when no longer applicable.

Protecting your information

We restrict the member library to approved accounts, use Stripe-hosted checkout for payments and avoid collecting confidential deal files through the website. Access is granted after payment verification and removed when membership access ends. No online service can guarantee perfect security; contact us promptly about an unexpected access or disclosure.

Your choices

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of membership information. We may need to verify your request and retain records required for billing, security or legal reasons. You can cancel renewal through the billing portal. DealDesk is intended for adult business users.

See Stripe’s privacy policy, OpenAI’s privacy policy and your chosen AI provider’s privacy settings. We will update this notice when our data practices materially change.
