Membership terms

Effective September 16, 2026. DealDesk is operated by Andrew Frame as an individual business, as recorded in the Stripe seller account. DealDesk provides reusable AI workflow instructions, supporting tools, examples and updates for commercial real estate professionals. Contact: andrew@dealdeskworks.com.

What you are buying

Broker is USD $99 per month for one named user. Team is USD $299 per month for up to five named users on one brokerage team, including one standard shared branding setup. Both include the five released Claude skills, member-library access, released updates and email installation support. Additional custom development, individual deal review and AI platform subscriptions are not included. Updates are published as ready; no specific new-feature count or release date is guaranteed.

Platform requirements and delivery

The supported launch platform is Claude with custom skills and code execution enabled. Your organization may restrict installation. The private library requires an OpenAI account for sign-in. ChatGPT support is in testing and is not promised as an available feature. Check compatibility before purchase. After payment, complete the setup request using your checkout email. We verify your subscription and personally arrange a private library invitation and installation help. Delivery is not instant or automated. Contact support if you have not received a response within two business days; this is an escalation point, not a promise of completed custom work.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled at the price displayed in Stripe Checkout. Any applicable tax is shown there. Manage or cancel your subscription before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. The seven-day first-payment refund policy is part of these terms. Material pricing or membership changes will be communicated before they apply to a renewal.

Your license

Members may install and use the packages for their own brokerage work and create deliverables for clients. Team members may share configurations within their five-user team. Do not resell the packages, publish the source instructions or distribute downloads outside your licensed users. You retain rights to your own source materials and outputs to the extent allowed by the AI provider’s terms. After cancellation, you may continue using previously downloaded versions for the licensed users, but access to new releases, the private library and support ends. Tell us when a team seat should be reassigned.

Professional review

AI can omit facts or make errors. Verify extracted terms, formulas, images, recipients and every output before relying on it. The skills produce drafts and calculations; they do not replace legal, tax, accounting or brokerage judgment. Features outside a package’s documented scope require separate verification. Do not send an LOI, invoice or client email without reviewing and authorizing it.

Your information

Use only documents and email history you are authorized to process. Keep confidential deal files and client information in your own approved AI workspace. Do not upload private client files to the DealDesk sales site or send them to support without arranging an appropriate process. See our privacy notice.

Access and service issues

We may suspend access for nonpayment, unauthorized redistribution or misuse. Contact support to resolve a billing or access error. Services depend on third-party AI and hosting availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
